Shipping & Storage

We ship our cakes frozen to have them arrive perfectly to you! We place your cake in an insulated container surrounded by cold packs, and each cake is carefully wrapped and sealed in our signature Mosaic Cakes box.

When your Mosaic Cake arrives, store it in your freezer until you're ready to eat. When ready, thaw for 10 minutes before cutting the cake into slices and serving. You can always save some of your cake and re-freeze in your refrigerator for up to 7 days or in your freezer for up to 90 days. Delicious!
