Mosaic Cakes takes pride in its quality shipping process. After preparation, each cake is carefully placed in a custom designed Mosaic Cake box. The Mosaic Cakes are shipped frozen with cold gel or dry ice in thermally insulated shipping box to ensure the cakes arrive in the best condition possible.

When your Mosaic Cake arrives, carefully take it out of the shipping box and store it in your freezer until consumption. Before serving, thaw for 10 minutes if it's frozen. You can always store leftovers in the product box in your freezer for later.

Mosaic Cakes are shipped to all 50 states from Monday through Friday to arrive no later than Saturday. Please contact customer service if you are unsure when your order may arrive. There may be additional charges when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii since 2 day guaranteed shipping is used.

Packages ship via UPS Ground or FedEx and typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on location. Local Michigan orders may be delivered sooner, including weekends or same-day when available. For expedited shipping options, please contact Customer Service. Please note that transit times may be longer around federal holidays.
